Security & Password
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 9a999 support team immediately.
9a999 will never ask for your password or banking details via email or chat. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure safe and transparent transactions, 9a999 reserves the right to verify members' identities when necessary. You may be asked to submit a national identity card or other official documents for verification. Refusal or delays in verification may temporarily restrict account access.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into 9a999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
- Deposited funds must come from a payment source registered in your own name.
- Depositing on behalf of or through a third party is prohibited.
- Once deposit details are verified, funds are generally credited to your account promptly.
Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
- Winnings linked to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held if account verification has not been completed.
Suspicious Transactions
9a999 reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious or unusual transaction for investigation. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be closed and the balance will be forfeited.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members at 9a999 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳12,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement must be completed on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each member may receive each bonus offer only once.
- Bonuses are only usable in designated game categories.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- 9a999 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse are suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.

Fair Play

Technical Errors
If a technical error or server disruption affects the outcome of a game, 9a999 reserves the right to void the related bet and the staked amount will be refunded. Winnings resulting from technical errors are not valid.
Sports Betting
On 9a999's sports markets, you can bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. All bets will be settled according to the displayed odds. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:
- Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
- Creating more than one account or using another person's account.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
- Harassing or threatening other members.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
- Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
- Providing false information or forged documents.

Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before making the request. If any pending bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus portion will be cancelled.
Closure by Platform
9a999 may suspend or close an account without prior notice or with prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of the Terms & Conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
- False information is found on the account.
If an account is closed for a valid reason, we will make every effort to return the actual balance (excluding bonuses).
Liability Limitations
9a999 is not responsible for the following:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
- Losses caused by your own password or login credentials being lost or stolen.
- Any issues with third-party game provider software.
- Force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, government sanctions).

Changes to Terms
